That was 1962. The demographics changed. It is now so poorly rated that I am having a problem selling my home to a family with children. I taught in that school system. There are still many fine teachers there. The problem is not with the teachers, but with making the population value education. That is true education reform.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
